4th of July on the Mall

4th of July on the Mall

Hi Everyone, this month, summer is definitely arrived and along with it came the 4th of July with all the fireworks and the sweltering hot weather bringing on the sudden afternoon and evening rain storms. The rain didn’t dispel the heat instead it just made it sweltering hot. One day this week it was 99 degrees and humidity was 72%. I barbecued just some burgers and sausages outside, and after a few minutes was soaked through with sweat.

Earlier this month, out with the really old and in with the new couch.  Continue reading

Palm Sunday and then Good Friday

Hi Everybody,

Lent is almost over, with Good Friday one week away. This week has been a busy week for me at work, with 2 days of Agile Training and really great instructors, but enough about work. This weekend, I’ll be finishing up the draft for my next New Testament Word Search Book 7 for April, and then I start my review process of it. I am going to keep you in suspense on the rest of the title for now, can you guess what New Testament Books will be in it?

I am planning on releasing book 7, the week of April 15th, that’s right the week we all pay Caesar his two cents worth, or possibly as Shakespeare would say “pound of flesh“.

March Arrived All White and Fluffy, But Not like a Lamb

Hi Everyone,

I don’t think the old axiom ” In like a lamb out like a lion” will hold water this year. Even though, March definitely arrived all white and fluffy, but not like the white wool of a lamb. Instead it was a cold, white and wooly snowstorm last week.  Today, was a beautiful day and we had the windows open to let in the fresh spring air. However, the rest of this week will be different.

Some long gray days of rain are fast approaching us, to give us all a good soaking with mud  everywhere, as the rains melt away the snow, to expose the top layer of the frozen ground, the water has no where to go but all around into muddy lawns. I don’t think I’ll be going out much in the next few days, instead I’ll be telecommuting from home, and after work it will give me a chance to review my next book for publication next week, and you a chance to work on some word search books.

7 Days to my next Book Release: “Large Print Old Testament Word Search Fun! Book 5 Numbers”

Thank you and good night

About the Last Snow Storm, the Weather and the Flu

Hi Everyone,

Well, last week in Gaithersburg, It was cold, it snowed, and I got finally over the flu.  I did not appreciate it being cold, nor the joy of experiencing the flu; but I did get to watch it snow on Friday night and Saturday with 12 inches or so coming down of light fluffy stuff. then a light rain which left a snow crust on top.  It was fairly easy to shovel early Sunday Morning. Also, I e-mailed out some announcements about my New Testament Word Search books;  I don’t send many out, so if you received one and read it and stopped in for a visit to this blog of mine, I thank you very much. That’s about it for now.
